ITIL stands for I.T. Infrastructure Library. Owned by the U.K. Government, it provides a framework of best practices for I.T. Service Management. Any organization providing I.T. services either internally or externally can create more value by using some or all of these best practices. This certification ensures that I have a real good understanding of these best practices.
